This is an uncoached session for parents/guardians of our Junior athletes.
Our coaches are fully qualified to coach adults and additionally we have 2 Level 2 Diploma Coaches who are qualified to write sessions/coach to a 1:1 standard so if you have a particular goal in mind or would like a run session setting/guidance for swim development/fitness, please let us know (we aren't able to do this on the day but please get in touch if this would be useful).
Bookings can be cancelled until 09:00 on 27/03/2026. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the session start will not be eligible for a refund.
