We are a junior- and family-focused multisport club, offering fun, supportive training across swim, bike, run – and transition. We welcome juniors aged 8–18, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. There is no requirement to race or compete; many young people train with us simply to build confidence, fitness, skills, and friendships in a positive environment.
All we ask is that for swim sessions, juniors can swim 25m front crawl unaided. Our sessions are fully inclusive, with coaches experienced in supporting all abilities, including SEN and para-triathlon pathways. Training is designed to be progressive, encouraging, and youth-centred, with enjoyment and personal achievement always at the heart of what we do.
Our winter programme runs on alternate Saturdays at the Pingles Stadium athletics track and Sundays in the pool. From Easter, we expand into regular outdoor sessions, including training at Mallory Park, additional cycle sessions at Tudor Grange, and an Introduction to Open Water Swimming. Our name reflects our reach, with training opportunities across three counties: Leicestershire, Warwickshire, and the West Midlands.
All junior sessions are delivered by fully qualified British Triathlon coaches, we are very lucky to have coaches with additional training/qualifications in safeguarding, first aid, strength & conditioning, coaching juniors, cycle maintenance (Cytech qualified) and open water swimming. We also have two Level 2 Diploma coaches able to offer 1:1 support where needed. Parents are welcome to train alongside juniors during some sessions, with access to uncoached swim lanes and track opportunities, helping make the club a genuinely family-friendly space.
