This is an uncoached swim lane to enable our parents to swim/train at the same time as their children/wards.
Our coaches are fully qualified to coach adults and additionally we have 2 Level 2 Diploma Coaches who are qualified to write sessions/coach to a 1:1 standard so if you have a particular goal in mind or would like a set/guidance for swim development/fitness, please let us know (we aren't able to do this on the day but please get in touch if this would be useful).
